Janice was terrific throughout the entire sales process. She knew what demographic the house would appeal to and what the important considerations would be as a buyer. In addition, she had relationships with the key vendors to get house cleared/staged, to perform the smoke detector upgrades, and to provide a world class listing (the 3d in each room was amazing). Once the house was on the market, we received offers within a couple of days and signed a P&S in less than week. We received 16% above the asking price which was a great outcome (and the buyers were great to work with).
